Pricing

All prices include taxes and VAT (where applicable) at the current rate. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of taxes and VAT, but we will show VAT and taxes separately and include it in the total price.

Payment

Payment for products and services can be made by credit or debit card or by invoicing.

Credit/debit card payments;

Credit/debit card payments are made through a secure payment system. A confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser setting out the delivery terms for the product or services purchased.

An order registration will be sent to the email address you gave during the purchasing process and will set out the order reference, the product/service purchased, the price, and if applicable, the taxes and VAT paid.

This will set out the order reference, details of how to contact us and how to access technical help, your user id and password, confirmation of activation and stating how long you have access to use the service or product.

Payment by invoice

An invoice will be sent to the billing address given during the purchase process.

An order registration will be sent to the email address you gave during the purchasing process and will set out the order reference, the product/service purchased, the price, and if applicable, the taxes and VAT payable.

Once we have received payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you gave during the purchasing process. This will set out the order reference, details of how to contact us and how to access technical help, your user id and password, confirmation of activation and stating how long you have access to use the service or product.

Cancellations & refunds

When you have purchased a product or service you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase.

You will receive a full refund if you have purchased a web based product but have not yet activated it by inputting your user name and password. Once you have activated the product by inputting your user name and password, you are deemed to have used the product and no refund is payable after activation.

If you have purchased a classroom based course such as leadership and management, you receive:

• 100% of the course fee less a £100 cancellation fee if you cancel more than 28 days before the date of the first workshop;
• 50% of the course fee less a £100 cancellation fee if you cancel less than 28 days but more than 14 days before the date of the first workshop.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the first workshop do not qualify for a refund

All requests for refunds must be made by email to info@nsafs.co.uk stating refund in the subject line and quoting your order number or in writing quoting your order number to Finance, NSAFS, 2 Finch Lane, London EC3V 3NA

Activation and length of product licence for web based products and services

Once activated, a single use product licence is available to use for 30 days; a multi use – more than 20 users – product licence is available to use for 90 days and an annual product licence is available to use for one calendar year.

Passwords and security

You are solely responsible for the use, confidentiality and protection of any password you are given to access the Link portal, products and services. You agree to notify info@nsafs.co.uk immediately of any unauthorised use of your password(s)

From time to time, links to other internet sites are included on this web portal to allow you to easily access related content. These are purely provided for your convenience. They do not signify that we endorse the website in question nor can we take responsibility for the availability or accuracy of content in relation to such linked sites.
